Hult Prize Organizing Committee FSJESM: Meet the 7 Leaders Behind the Change
Meet the team behind the change. The Hult Prize Organizing Committee FSJESM brings together seven student leaders driven by leadership, innovation, and a shared vision to empower the next generation of entrepreneurs at FSJES Mohammedia.
Behind every ambitious project is a team that decided to make it real. The Hult Prize Organizing Committee FSJESM is that team for the 2026-2027 edition of the world’s largest student startup competition at FSJES Mohammedia.
This is not just a group of students with a title. It is seven leaders who volunteered to carry the responsibility of bringing a global competition to a local campus, coordinating with the Business Leaders Club at FSJESM, and preparing the next generation of Moroccan entrepreneurs to compete at the highest level.
Meet the Organizing Committee
Introducing Our Organizing Committee
Seven students. One mission. To turn bold ideas into meaningful impact at FSJES Mohammedia.
The committee was formed to run the Hult Prize FSJES Mohammedia edition from start to finish. Each member owns a specific area of responsibility, from partnerships and marketing to events, startups, and design. Together, they cover everything a competition of this scale requires.
Their slogan is simple and demanding: Build. Lead. Change. Three words that summarize what the committee expects from itself and what it offers to every student who joins the challenge.
The 7 Leaders Behind Hult Prize FSJESM
Here is the team, in their own roles. Each profile is a reminder that student leadership is not an abstract idea. It has names, faces, and responsibilities.

What the Committee Does
Running a Hult Prize On-Campus edition is not a small task. It requires coordination, partnerships, visibility, and above all, a structured plan. The organizing committee handles all of it.
The Campus Director and Deputy Campus Director lead the overall strategy, coordinate the team, and serve as the official point of contact with the global Hult Prize organization. They set the vision and make sure every department stays aligned with the campus timeline.
The Head of Partnerships and Collaborations builds relationships with companies, mentors, and institutional partners who support the competition. These partnerships are what allow students to access real mentorship, prizes, and post-competition opportunities.
The Head of Marketing and Communications, supported by the Design Lead, handles the voice and image of the competition. They run social media, create visuals, manage the brand, and make sure every student on campus knows when and how to apply.
The Head of Startups Team coaches participants on how to shape their ideas into viable business models. This role is critical because the Hult Prize is not a pitch contest. It is a startup competition, and the quality of the venture matters.
The Head of Events Team plans and executes every stage of the competition, from workshops and masterclasses to the final Campus Competition on January 9, 2027. Every detail, from the venue to the jury to the schedule, is managed by this department.
Together, these seven leaders run an operation that would normally require a professional team. They do it as students, on top of their own courses, exams, and personal projects.

“We are not waiting for the future to arrive. We are building it, one project, one team, one idea at a time.”
The philosophy of this committee is captured in three words that appear on every poster: Build. Lead. Change.
Build means creating something from nothing. A student team, a project, a startup, an event. It means taking an idea and giving it structure.
Lead means taking responsibility for the outcome. It means showing up when it matters, making decisions when they are difficult, and supporting the people around you.
Change means leaving things better than you found them. For FSJES Mohammedia, that means creating a culture where students see entrepreneurship as something they can actually do, not something reserved for other people, in other cities, at other universities.
This committee is not just organizing a competition. It is proving that student leadership at FSJESM is real, structured, and capable of operating at an international standard.
