1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the website businessleadersclub.org (the “Site”), or by participating in any activity, event, or program organised by Business Leaders Club (“BLC”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”).

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or participate in BLC activities.

2. Eligibility

The Site and BLC activities are intended for students and professionals aged 16 and above. By using the Site or participating in BLC activities, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Permitted use of the website

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to:

• Use the Site in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.
• Provide accurate and truthful information when contacting us or applying for membership.
• Respect the intellectual property and content of BLC and third parties.

4. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

5. Membership and participation

Membership in BLC is subject to internal rules, selection processes, and the requirements of FSJES Mohammedia and Hassan II University of Casablanca.

• Applications are reviewed by the BLC board or designated committees.
• BLC reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its discretion.
• Members must comply with the BLC code of conduct and internal regulations.
• Membership may be suspended or revoked for violations of these Terms or BLC rules.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software — is the property of BLC or its content suppliers and is protected by Moroccan and international copyright and trademark laws.

The BLC name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of BLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

You may view, download, and print content from the Site for personal, non‑commercial use only, provided you do not modify the content and you retain all copyright and proprietary notices.

7. Partnerships and sponsorships

Companies and organisations interested in partnering with, sponsoring, or collaborating with BLC must contact us at [email protected] to discuss the terms, deliverables, and financial arrangements.

• All partnership agreements must be formalised in writing.
• Sponsors must comply with BLC’s values and applicable laws.
• BLC reserves the right to decline any partnership or sponsorship request.

• Attend the event in accordance with the published schedule and rules.
• Allow BLC to use photographs or recordings from the event for communication purposes, unless you object in writing beforehand.

BLC reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any event without prior notice.

9. User‑submitted content

If you submit content to BLC (e.g., testimonials, feedback, applications, or event materials), you grant BLC a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content for communication and promotional purposes.

You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit, and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.
